He was one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I've ever known, always cheerful, often laughing and usually singing while working away at his desk. When my son received his GCSE results in 2020, Delroy (who had never met him) sent a congratulatory video message for him - that was the mark of the man. Oh and I'll never forget his Jamaican Christmas cake!! The world needs more Delroys, he will be sorely missed.
