I have only recently had the pleasure of meeting David (as an expert advisor on our secondary curriculum research project around early neurodevelopment). He always took the time to follow up on our meetings with thoughtful and supportive feedback. His child focussed approach to research was invaluable - he will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.
