David Sonny Rodrigues II, 64 of San Francisco, passed on Thursday, June 25, 2020. David was born February 7, 1956 in San Francisco, California, to the late David Rodrigues Senior and late Antonia Ramirez. He was well known for his unique skill of fixing cars and his enjoyment of driving fast. He is survived by his daughter Jeanette Hernandez, her husband Israel Hernandez and children Hailey Bustillos, Joselyn Hernandez and Liliana Hernandez; son David Rodrigues and his wife Claudia Rodrigues; daughter Joanna Rodrigues and her children Javier Perez, Analycia Godwin, and Emani Kirton; son Rudy Rodrigues his wife Sara Rodrigues and children David Rodrigues, Vanessa Rodrigues and Vivienne Rodrigues; son Jason Rodrigues and his wife Nicole Rodrigues; and his Step-son Anthony Garcia.

    Dad, I will never forget "chicle or chocolae," ”up the hill or down the hill," and I can still hear you calling me "Jeanettey" and singing "Brown-eyed girl" to me. I remember cruising up and down mission street with you in your black Ford Galaxie blasting music and challenging other drivers to race us.
