I met Dave when I first moved down to work as a new Environment Officer at the Kidderminster office in 2004 when we dealt with waste and water incidents together. Dave was such a kind hearted person who always had time to pass on his knowledge and experience with a smile. Loved his laugh and sense of humour. Rest in Peace Dave.
