Heartfelt thoughts and condolences to Ciara, Abbey and Dan's family. One day I hope little Abbey will read through all these condolences about her father and know him as the incredible man that we knew him. It would be near impossible to find someone as skilled, humble, well-rounded and genuine as "Carmo". I knew him as a leader by example (through his sportsmanship, hard-earned studies and genuine empathy) and he truly embodied "men for others". Even though Carmo was taken from this world too soon- our consolation was that he loved and was was truly loved by his family and friends. RIP Carmo
