Carole, Jennifer, Zoe and Danielle,
I was so sorry and shocked to hear of Mr. Rice passing away, having enjoyed trading some emails with Norman only last autumn. From first meeting Mr. and Mrs. Rice in Fayrer House in 1989 before joining Epsom, to all these moments on the track (mostly) and around the school, Mr. Rice’s stoic presence - and firm but caring posture to guiding us kids - comes to mind still to this day. I know that he will continue to come to mind in moments for years to come, influencing a decision or presence of my own, in dealing with others (and training). My thoughts are with you. Kevin Brennan
