I had Mr Prior this year for two terms and two weeks and without a doubt every single lesson he would ask how I was doing. Mr prior really was the first maths teacher to actually understand how I worked and would explain the content in any possible way just to make sure I understood. He taught me how to pay taxes and read linear relationships but most importantly he showed me how to believe in myself and achieve goals which I will forever be thankful. Mr prior was one of those teachers that you could tell was meant to be a high school maths teacher and that he enjoyed his job so much, he was incredibly funny and would engage in friendly bickering and joking with the students which I’m sure they all appreciated. On the last day I had maths with him he checked up on me as he thought I was unusually quiet which I will forever remember and I will always be thankful for Mr prior and I send my condolences and thoughts to his family. Rest In Peace Mr Prior.
