I first met Chris when I joined eef/ make uk four and a half years ago. I had been paired up with Chris for the Friday tutorial. Chris greeted me with a smile and a handshake like a vice. Both the students and myself looked forward to the tuturial. Chris became as much as a mentor to me as he was to the students. Chris was a magnanimous man ,principled and an insightful man. Chris compasion and empathy extended to his friends,of which there were many and colleagues .He was as dedicated to his profesion as his Family. Sadly the world is a poorer place now without .This brialant teacher and ,Kind and generous man. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this sad time. God bless you Chris rest in eternal peace .
