Always mutually respectful and during our time in Prevention gave me the space to flourish for which I will always be grateful. Chris always maintained the ability to walk on to any fire service location and quickly brush aside any "us/them" and put people at ease . No easy feat. I hadn't seen Chris for a while and the suddenness of this is hard. He always seemed to have so much positive energy. Thoughts with all those most close to Chris. Rest well.
