Dad was the rock of the family, the brains of the bunch. Always in the know and always on hand to help and support. He had a no-nonsense approach to life and was an incredibly generous individual. After a horrible fight with Covid he has left this earth and is smiling down from heaven at us all. We are all so heart broken Dad, but we will persevere and get through this together. Rest in peace. Love you.

Our hearts are breaking for you all. We will all miss him greatly and your words summed him up. Although he has been taken away too soon he really lived life to the full. As Emily said to me today “he crammed more into life than someone who had lived to 100”. He was an inspiration to us all and we will live our lives to the full in his memory, making every day count. I am sure he will be looking down and smiling about all the lovely comments about him! We will miss you Uncle Chris xx
