Brothers of Charity Services (Scotland) It was with profound sadness that we learned that our Director of Care and Support and Chief Executive, Charmain Ledsham passed away suddenly on 21 January 2021. Charmian was a key pillar of our organisation and it was a privilege for us all to know and work with her. Charmian was an inspiration to so many of us - she led with dignity, respect, passion and professionalism and above all was true to the mission and values of this organisation.

I did not know Charmain for long, having worked with her only briefly during Hawick Care Company's transition to Brother of Charity Services. However I was deeply saddened to hear of her passing.
