Whenever I think of Caroll I think of her smile and the sparkle in her eye. She was a very warm and entertaining person and I would often come away from our conversations smiling or laughing. I'll always remember the conversation we had about homeopathy for horses (I had no idea that was a thing!), and the time some boxes of crickets arrived at the office for her reptiles!
