Even though we worked as a remote team on FareShare Go, whenever we met up at a conference Caroll was always ready with a huge smile and a big hug for me as a way of greeting. Caroll lived life to the fullest and it was a joy to experience this with her in the times I got to share with her. She was so easy to talk to and had no qualms about sharing her opinions, which were always laced with humour! Her passion for her work was so evident in the way she spoke and what she did on a daily basis, always the best for charities or her colleagues. She will be very sorely missed, my thoughts are with her family xxx
