One of the "Early Birds" into the office. First thing was to logon the the system and get a cuppa calling out "Morning Carl" passing his desk. Carl was always helpful with any commercial problem I threw his way and always managed to make me understand and find the answer I needed. He will be sadly missed, a true gent.
