Chris was one of the good guys, a wonderful human, always generous with his time and his care for young people and colleagues. He gave so much love to this world and those around him, and he will be missed by many, myself included. Chris had a kind, gentle and also “don’t mess with me” presence, that gained instant respect from colleagues and the many young people he helped to turn their lives around. Chris was such a pleasure to work with, and he always had the welfare and best interests of children at heart. He also had a beautiful deep voice that I enjoyed listening to whenever he was in the Harrow Civic Centre, and a great sense of humour. There are few people on this earth who have such compassion, humility and care for others, and I feel very lucky to have known Chris and to benefitted from his gifts. I will miss him, and he is in my thoughts and my prayers.
