Bhanu Thapliya

September 8, 1932 - December 24, 2020

A loving father and a true mentor. Throughout his life-time he would not stop a second to help the needy and would be equally gracious in imparting the knowledge and experience he acquired in his colourful lifetime. A man bigger than life, with an uncompromising attitude to help, nurture and provide comfort to the less-fortunate, he always drove his children to be humane and good. His unique style and specific tastes in whatever he chose to do was always a source of great conversation, whether it was within his private intimate circles or as a seasoned diplomat representing his country for more than 30 years.
