Born on May 10, 1989 in Hong Kong, Benjamin Hui is the beloved son of Richard and Candy Hui, and brother to Gaby Hui. Benjamin was a passionate chef who aspired to travel the world and learn about different culinary styles. A lover of art, music, and culture, Ben always approached life with enthusiasm. Ben would also spend time volunteering and teaching kids and adults from all walks of life, taking away the fear and stigma of cooking. Benjamin was 31 years old when he passed away peacefully in his home in Markham, Canada.
