I met Andy at my interview to join CL and from the very first day Andy looked after me and was my mentor. He supported me in good and bad times and I'm feeling terribly sad knowing he passed especially as we have been speaking in December and despite some difficulties he was still in good spirits. As described by everyone here, Andy was always cheerful, kind and had vast experience and knowledge of our industry. Andy spoke a lot about his family, especially his three lovely granddaughters and shared some funny pictures and videos of them all. I'd like to give Jan and the girls my deepest condolences and hope you'll get some comfort in reading all the happy memories of Grandy. xx
