Andrew Moss

July 24, 1948 - September 6, 2020

It's with great sorrow that we inform you of the passing of our beloved father and husband, Andrew Moss, at the age of 72. His passing has left a big void in our lives and he will be sorely missed. We are very grateful for all the kind messages we have already started receiving, they mean a lot to us. Seeing as many of those who knew him are now spread out across the world, we wanted to find a way to capture any memories, stories, thoughts or words that anyone wanted to share. He was a wise, kind, thoughtful, witty, eccentric, mischievous and sensitive soul. Being a teacher was without any doubt his life's purpose which brought him immense pride and joy. He was also a wonderful father, brother, uncle, husband and friend in too many ways to mention. We are grateful to have been a part of his journey and are very proud of what he achieved, and everything he did to encourage and inspire the generations of children that he taught. To quote him in his own words... "What a weird and wonderful life it has been"...

Rest in peace lovely Pops. We’ll miss you terribly, but will cherish the wonderful memories you have left us with. Try to stay out of trouble wherever you are now! Much love, your Toad.

'More, Hope he listens to your advice more than he listened to ours! Otherwise they're in for all sorts of trouble up there! He thought of you as his 'other' daughter and he LOVED having you round; you cracked him up! Cass xx

Thank you hon - much as you both basically insulted each other, in the nicest possible way of course, I know how fond you both were of each other too. And I have no doubt if there is trouble to be found where he is, he'll find it! ;) Clare x
