Dear Melanie, Ryan and Marc. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I had the privilege of working alongside Andrew for two years in 2017 and 2018 - although I must have first met him in about 1986, broking to him at Sun Alliance. What a true gentlemen, as all the comments here reflect. Never unkind, always willing to help, with a lovely self-deprecating sense of humour as Issy and Kerry both beautifully capture. But most of all, we never ever had any doubt about how deeply he loved and cared for his family, though also maybe a little bit about Arsenal FC, the odd beer, and maybe his food too....! We never ceased to hear stories of family get-togethers - usually involving lots of food - he undoubtedly loved you all very deeply, and I hope that knowledge might strengthen you and help lighten your grief now. Thank you for sharing him with us, and enriching our lives in his own special way - lots of love, Chris
