Alero Irene Pessu was a beautiful and cheerful soul with a heart of gold. She was dedicated in her service to God and she loved people passionately. SPEECHLESS The news of your sudden demise seems incredible, mysterious and beyond comprehension. Barrister Alero Irene your generosity, empathy, love and your concern to people's problem are devastated that nobody can filled in the vacuum. You lived a practical life, caring, humble, gentle, friendly, peaceful, accommodating, always happy and cheerful, that she was a blessing to those that knew her. A strong -willed and determined person in her lifetime. Farewell Alero Irene Esq. as you sojourn to your temporary home where you will stay till that glorious morning, when you will rise to see our Lord Jesus Christ, when death will have no power over you, when the heavenly Angels will decorate you with the immaculate white garments and when eternal happiness will be yours forever. William Shakespeare wrote "all the world is a stage and all the men and women merely players. They have their exits and entrances, and one man in his time plays many parts". But you were not a mere player in the field of life, your head was the choice of every crown because your feet carried the winning goals. Little did I know, is that death always reminds us that we are pilgrims on Earth, our home is above to Christians, for sure. Job 19: 25-27," for I know that my Redeemer lives, and He shall stand at last on the earth; And after my skin is destroyed, this I know that in my flesh I shall see God. Whom I shall see for myself. And my eyes shall behold, and not another"How my heart yearns within me. I have taken solace from the word of God. She was God-fearing, and well dedicated Christian. Barrister Alero never associated herself with anything evil. Your legacies and contributions to the church, El-shaddi Chambers as HOC, and Society at large will ever remain indelible. Barrister Alero, till we meet to part no more, on that gracious morning. Rest in thy bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ Amen.

Alero, you were a practical christian... Kind to a fault, your generosity was without limits, you were humility personified yet extremely intelligent with overwhelming wisdom. The passing unto glory of our dear sister Alero Pessu-Okurerie has left a void not only in her family but in Family Worship Centre and especially the Care Group Ministry. She was a committed Caregroup Leader with an exemplary display of empathy, care, love while serving the Lord faithfully. We take solace in her good deeds and with the fact that sister Alero Pessu-Okuriere is in a better place till we meet again. Just like Isaiah 57:2 says, she has entered into her peace and rest in her bed because she walked straight and was upright. May she continue to rest with the Lord. I still can't believe you're gone... while with El-Shaddai Chambers your compliments gave me a kind of confidence...because I admire your dress sense,it helped me try to combine my clothes well, and each compliment I get from you was a leap of Joy... I remember telling you somethings I was going through at a time, I will never forget what you told me you said 'Blessing develop a thick skin' these words keeps me going till today. How can I forget your Christmas gifts and gifts after each vacation trips you had...oh how can I forget your endearment words...you call me Darling, Love, even sweetheart...you call me sparkle Nigeria Limited because I love business and you patronised me & paid, several times to support me. I wanted to register that business name but it wasn't available... After a weekend you spent with us when u were sick you started calling me room-mate. 2 weeks before your demise I was right there with you...we gisted, laughed, prayed & hugged I never knew it would be the last...one last time you decided to patronise me again,you said you wanted to buy earrings from me, luckily I brought a pair along, you said you wanted to wear the earrings immediately & did. You wanted to pay via transfer I said no, keep it, you insisted severally, to wave it I said okay please bring cash to the house when you get well, I know you will'...you smiled & I rubbed your feet. Thank you for just being sweet...I miss you...I will forever miss you...I love you sis. Continue to rest in peace

My dear daughter, my best Care group leader, its difficult to talk about you in the past You were an epitome of love, of beauty, of care, of everything a Christian should be. You loved without reservation, you gave without boundaries. You are all over the place in our house through gifts you brought on different occasions.You were just a sweet caring girl. I still can't believe you're gone... while with El-Shaddai Chambers your compliments gave me a kind of confidence...because I admire your dress sense,it helped me try to combine my clothes well, and each compliment I get from you was a leap of Joy... I remember telling you somethings I was going through at a time, I will never forget what you told me you said 'Blessing develop a thick skin' these words keeps me going till today. How can I forget your Christmas gifts and gifts after each vacation trips you had...oh how can I forget your endearment words...you call me Darling, Love, even sweetheart...you call me sparkle Nigeria Limited because I love business and you patronised me & paid, several times to support me. I wanted to register that business name but it wasn't available... After a weekend you spent with us when u were sick you started calling me room-mate. 2 weeks before your demise I was right there with you...we gisted, laughed, prayed & hugged I never knew it would be the last...one last time you decided to patronise me again,you said you wanted to buy earrings from me, luckily I brought a pair along, you said you wanted to wear the earrings immediately & did. You wanted to pay via transfer I said no, keep it, you insisted severally, to wave it I said okay please bring cash to the house when you get well, I know you will'...you smiled & I rubbed your feet. Ler bear and I have been friends for almost 4 decades,I can not articulate how much her infectious laugh,soft spoken,calm but firm resolve,kind and generous heart will be missed.she was always there whenever anyone beeded her and could literally give you the shirt off her back.Heavenly has truly gained an angel.we had a tradition of spending our birthdays together,this year,Rosie,Karen,Mwuese,Linda and I will miss that,but we will forever keep her memory alive.i love you Alero,sleep tight till we meet in heaven.
