William L. Neil, 81, of Dayton, Ohio, entered into eternal rest on April 12, 2026. William was originally from Orange, Connecticut. He is predeceased by his parents Ruth and William. Bill attended Amity High School. He earned his degree from Quinnipiac University and later completed a Master of Business Administration. He went on to receive a Master’s degree in Public Health Care Administration from Sacred Heart University. William served honorably in the United States Navy. He is survived by Girde, of Brazil; his sister, Laura Poth of Massachusetts and his brother Tom Neil. William’s two children with Dorothy Neil, Erin Neil and Scott Neil of Connecticut, grandchildren, nieces and nephews, as well as grandnieces and grandnephews. A celebration of William’s life will be held at a later date. Service will be private.
