Wendy led Arosa’s Boston team with heart, courage, and unwavering belief in the people around her. A champion for her colleagues and clients alike, Wendy brought warmth, wisdom, and joy to every conversation, often concluding with her signature phrase, “That’s a great idea,” and a sparkle in her eye. She embodied Arosa’s values fully, blending her professional dedication with the richness of her personal life, which included her beloved husband, Ken; her daughter, Emma; and her faithful dog, Ares. From receiving the Believe Award to walking the Arosa Mile, Wendy made a lasting impact. Her legacy lives on in the lives she touched, the team she uplifted, and the love she poured into her work. May her memory be a guiding light to us all.

Wendy personified Arosa's core value of walking a mile to build relationships. She may hold the Arosa record for participating in the most community walks. When I suggested to teammates that they consider joining a Rotary club, Wendy embraced the idea wholeheartedly. She brought a positive outlook to her role every day. As I look back on our direct slack messages where I am asking her how different teammates are doing, the most common response by far is "She is great!" Whether it was moving office locations, mentoring interns, or figuring out how to serve clients on the periphery of our service area, Wendy had a can-do spirit. She showed that as recently as last week as we walked up the Emerald Trail together in Colorado. I miss her laugh, her smile, and her unabashed joy for life.
