Words are not enough to completely describe this man. Vijay Sir was my Guru, Guide and a role model. He was more like a father figure always caring. His thoughts were always very clear and the way he used to deal with any problems used to always surprise me. He used to always listen to all my naïve discussions with complete attention and guiding in all personal as well as professional matters without any prejudice. His passion for work & life was very inspirational always. I am still not able to fully absorb this fact that he is not with us anymore. He was the most ethical person I have worked with or know in the last 20 corporate work years. Will always remember him as the most ideal human being. He taught me many lessons personally & professionally. His “Gold Standard” remark in everything you do was the toughest benchmark to be achieved. He taught me “how to think logically” during any critical situations and problems. He was a true WARRIOR in any situation. God has better plans for him. Many things had to be spoken, many things to be discussed & many more milestones to be achieved. Will always cherish all the moments & fantastic memories which we spent together.
