I wept when I read the news. I can hear Tony’s lovely calm voice now and his sheepish smile and laugh he’d give when explaining some HR technicality to me (in his messy office) that meant I couldn’t simply bash two people’s heads together.
I think of him with his footy kit bag slung over his shoulder waiting for the lift.
I just loved working with Tony (2005-2013) and valued his advice and experience; he always had time to talk things through
My deep condolences to his wife Sarah, Jamie; and to all his friends and colleagues.
