I don't even know where to begin. TJ was truly special to me. He has been the most humble, loving, and caring person I have met. He loved everyone. I was lucky enough to have many great conversations with TJ. He loved talking about his niece, she was his world. He would talk about her and his eyes would light up. I will never forget when I gave TJ his get well card from a group of us at Beyond Meat. He was brought to tears and he said that he could not wait to get bet so he could see all of us again. I am the person who celebrates birthdays for our team, I remember he would always seem me bring in balloons for someone and always smiled and was so excited for the birthday person. So much that he would personally go get that person a cupcake. When it was his turn, he did not think we would do anything for him. How could we not celebrate the kindest man in the office?! He was so excited when he saw the conference room decorated just for him. It was one of the best birthday celebrations I have done because of how happy he was. TJ deserved all of that and more. He was an amazing person. Whenever I would send an email about TJ everyone immediately responded and wanted to contribute to get him a gift. Everyone loved him. I honestly, can't even think of how it will be to go back to work without him. It will never be the same. I will truly miss seeing his smile and getting some of his positive energy. No matter how stressful of a day it was, TJ always made you feel better. This has all impacted us so much, I can't even imagine how his family is doing, my love and condolences to all of his family. Yesterday a coworker and I were thinking back on TJ and she said something that will always stay with me, the best way to honor TJ is to try to be more like him and see the best in everyone. He was so caring and loving to each one of even we were complete strangers to him. Love you, TJ. You will be truly missed.
