Taylor was a friend to many of us. We worked together on the Enabling State Programme in Nepal from 2010 and Taylor, Sam, Felix, Jasper and Eliza have been friends with my family once they returned to the UK visiting us several times. Taylor was a shining light in so many ways. I see him as a role model not only with respect to his intellect and knowledge of governance in Nepal and around the world but also the way he brought people together in work and play. He always had an open house and heart to many friends. There were no barriers to his warmth and generosity. I went twice to the festival he organised in Bristol with my daughter. Laughter, music, dancing and also nature were part of the experience. I will remember Taylor for so many things. Coffee on the veranda of The Summit Hotel, intellectual discussions, what headphones to get to block out sound and so much more. We will miss you so much Taylor but your legacy is strong and your following far and wide around the world. Love to all those you have touched and influenced, family and friends.
