My memory dates back to 2010, when I met Taylor at the Hotel Summit, Kathmandu for the first time, and since then I have been a big fan of his persona, professionalism, generosity and humility. Together (and well supported by the team) we made ESP Nepal Programme a big success story from a very challenging position to that of a pride contribution and conclusion.
We continued our professional relationship throughout, and again we teamed up in Rwanda from 2016 for a good three years, and I like to express how helpful his inputs were particularly during 2017-18 to manage the Rwanda programme and help build relationship with DFID. DFID really appreciated his contributions.
Taylor will be greatly missed in Nepal and other countries. With extreme sadness of losing a great friend. May his soul rest in peace.
