To echo some of the words of others Terry was a loyal, honest and hard working family man with a passion for Health & Safety. It was this passion that led him to achieve recognition and numerous awards for his attitude and leadership in site H&S. These awards formed a healthy rivalry and competition between LJJ's Northern & Southern Teams with Terry continually setting the standard for others to follow. It was this competition that led to whenever the name 'Terry Tyler' was mentioned it led a moment of applause across our sites and I am sure that this will continue along with a moment to remember Terry and his contribution to LJJ. Its clear that Terry has had a positive impact on the career of all he has worked with and I know what a support he has been to David Rodley, Scott Wilson and Charley Kirsop in particular, these guys cannot speak highly enough of Terry and he will be fondly remembered and sorely missed by all at LJJ.
