Steve was one of the first people I met when I joined Cardiff University Registry.
The man loved to show off his chest hair and his knees on a regular basis, this never failed to put a grin on my face, especially in storm weather.
When we were obliged to be in the office pre Covid, one of the highlights of the day was hearing Steve (very loudly) attempt to answer the phone with a Welsh greeting. Often saying "Bore da" in the afternoon and vice versa.
I will miss you Steve. You were a good man. I hope someone else within the Registry team takes up the shorts mantle in your honour.
Rest in Peace, buddy.
