70plus years, first as friend then as family. I find difficult to comprehend that he is no longer.
Will never see his smile. Never see him as the loving and dedicated caretaker for his wife of almost 60 years. Will miss his passionate debate on politics, religion, philosophy and his unique sense of humor.
Will not see him in his favorite chair at home; or on his regular efforts to clean up and make sure things are where they should be.
Will never again drive around with him just shopping, or walking the NY streets or Las Vegas casinos; and always have his car navigation system on even when driving to his home.
A large hole in our lives that will take a long time to fill and accept. Bon Voyage.
