Sandi Browne

July 1, 1967 - September 23, 2022

Sandi worked at Deloitte for over 15 years, starting first with the Canadian ERS practice, before moving into what was then Global ERS Learning, which in turn became Global RA People & Purpose. She was a deeply passionate person, whose true purpose in life was to have and create impact wherever she went. She specifically loved working in DE&I, learning & development and even had her own wellbeing practice outside of Deloitte as a Wellbeing Coach, Reiki Master, and Heart Centred Facilitator. Sandi was a proud Pioneer and thrived when collaborating with others and had this incredible ability to empower those around her. We think though that Sandi’s legacy can be best said in her own words: “My purpose is to grow trust and connections at all levels so that individuals, teams, organizations, and communities are aware of and are maximizing their potential, impact, results and, ultimately, happiness. When we are being, doing, and pursuing what we love, we naturally create happiness, wellbeing and unity! Let's co-create today :-)”

Sharing something which Sandi might even not know! For any calls scheduled with Sandi, I always ensured I had nothing else lined up on my calendar at least until for the subsequent 30-60 minutes. Calls with Sandi would invariably and always run over :D.
