Auntie Penny. Rest in peace. My childhood memories feature you in all major and day to day events. You made many of our birthday cakes, Tomike was my special friend. I have fond memories of sleepovers, lots of delicious food. Tasting sessions of your recipes, which often seemed like a meal themselves. First person I ever knew to make ice-cream. Loved the tasting sessions especially then. You were kind and fun to be around. I remember watching jaws and all of us with our feet up on the sofa shouting "get out of the water". I am thankful that I knew you. You remain alive in my thoughts and memories. XXXX
