Richard was a kind and generous colleague and friend, always willing to help and cheer everyone up with his terrible jokes. he was passionate about helping people to learn and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure people succeeded. I cant believe you wont be in the contact centre walking around helping your friends and colleagues. I will miss you and thank you for all your kindness and support.
