It hasn't quite sunk in. Richard was a training LEGEND and he always made time for me. He had a wholesome personality, recognised potential in people and he was our voice for change. I will miss his infamous 'Joke of The Day' series. He shared stories from "many many moons ago" that will stick with me forever. He was full of wisdom and I've learnt so much from him.
