My sincere condolences to the Raphael family. I knew Ruben as the Branch President when I was serving a mission in Trinidad. I loved working with him as the branch grew. He was a loving leader who gave everything to help others. When I returned to Trinidad 20 years later it was a joyous reunion. We caught up and it was almost as if no time had passed. I know that he is with our Savior and working with people on the other side. My prayers and thoughts are with his family during this difficult time. I remember his warm smile and friendship.
