The Francoms were so sorry to hear of the passing of Brother Raphael. We have cherished memories of him, his wonderful smile and personality. His willingness to help us when we needed his knowledge and expertise. He had a great testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and served Him through his example. He served as a member of the High Council while we lived in Trinidad. We will truly miss him and pray for peace and blessings for his family he left behind. He has left a lasting impression on us.
