I fondly remember my conversations with Raghu whilst we studied together. A highly intelligent and diligent person though he was, Raghu impressed me the most with his affable personality. Even though I last spoke to him nearly twenty years ago, I still remember him talking enthusiastically to me about the latest cricket matches that he watched at the Lords. It was his way of lifting the work pressures off the mind of his struggling colleague, and showing him how to keep a proper perspective in life.
Though I am shocked by his premature passing, I take solace in learning that so many people have had the fortune to know him. My sincere condolences to Raghu’s family.
