I remember this incident of maybe 23-24 years back as though it was just happening in front of me today. Raghu was a fresh MBA out of Jamnalal Bajaj and I was a student looking for a side job to make a buck. Raghu offered me a sales job for Citibank when Ford Ikon was being launched in India. His passion, the youthful exuberance , his will to succeed, his ability to push himself just that little bit more than others are some of the things that stayed with me during those formative years. I have had a difficult time believing that he isn’t amongst us now but I would love to remember him with exactly how I saw him during those days - a rookie with a sweet smile and that mischevious sparkle in his eyes. I pray that you are in a happy place and only wish that you smile on buddy!
