I will miss Raghu. He was a great leader and really shaped PCA finance in his image - transparent, positive, apolitical and supportive. He was extremely approachable even to those way down the gravy train, and would have mature conversations without patronisation. I was in awe of the way he could talk about organizational priorities with ease without it sounding like strategy speak, and if I am able to get even half as good I’ll be really proud of myself.
His passing is a big shock, but maybe it is true that god takes away good people too quickly. My prayers are with his family and with our friends in Hong Kong to find the strength to come to terms with his passing.
Raghu, thanks for bringing us together as a community. I really wish I had more interactions with you and will keep trying to get with the program.
