Peter (or "Pedro" as Ian Archer called him) will be sadly missed. Particularly for his presence at the Southwell and Beverley Race meetings in January and July respectively. His regular attendance at the Men's NHR (Neglected Husband's Register) meetings at Punch's on Thursday nights always kept us entertained about his car mechanical problems and having to resort to his Polish "friends" to sort them out. Stories about his involvement with the Wine and Badminton Clubs were regular topics and the fact that he had participated in trotter races in his younger days was a revelation! Rest in peace Peter
