Peter David Hall - You were always one of my favourite brothers and I have many fond memories of you.
I remember your generosity and probably didn't thank you properly for the many kind thing you did for me when I was a child..
You paid for my first pair of "real" glasses when I was 14 and embarrassed and upset about wearing the delightful National Health glasses.
When i was 16 I desperately wanted to go on a school skiing trip to Italy but was resigned to not going because Mum and Dad couldn't afford to pay for it. But you paid for me to go and I had a fabulous time.
You introduced me to "exotic" food and drink like coffee, yoghurt and dodgy foreign teas. So thank you for that.
I remember watching you play lacrosse - An extremely violent game that I never understood the rules of (and still don't).
I remember going on a long, long walk over the Seven Sisters at Eastbourne with you.
I think i moaned every step of the way and believe that this was where my severe allergy to all forms of exercise began. I don't remember you being angry with me though.
The best bits of the whole day were the train journey and the visit to the Wimpy Bar.
Finally I would like to thank you for being my brother, I will miss you forever sib5.
Love from Shirley Ann (you always called me that)
