Paul and I crossed paths multiple times since 2006, where he was a participant at AfNOG. I had the chance of working with Paul on building a training platform for capacity building together with the rest of the ICANN TE team, and it was always a pleasure to experience his enthusiasm, hear his laughter and see him working through problems as fast as he did. He will be missed by us at NSRC as a colleague, and as a friend.
