I didn't know Paul for a long time. I met him at the opening ceremony for the pilot project of DDCN Kenya. He gave a talk on the history of the internet and how it impacts our lives today. I could tell the passion he had for his work and technology. We have truly lost a great man. My sincerest condolences to the family and friends. Rest in peace
