16/04/2020, corona stole another beautiful soul from this world Uncle Gbenga was my second dad, my role model, my motivator and most importantly my friend. You made are learning so fun and lesson became more and more enjoyable with your jokes. Your laugh would fill the room, your personality was so contagious and that’s why you have an impact on every child that went to your lesson, not just on their education but on their outlook on life. You became that person that we could turn to, the person we could vent out our frustrations to and there will always be a hole in my heart from this heartbreaking news. He was a man that had an impact on so many people, children and parents alike. A man that put others before himself to make sure that they could get every possible success in this life. A man that taught and preached the word of God alongside being a teacher to so many. Your legacy will live on forever in the hearts of everyone you’ve touched and you will never be forgotten. I’m sure the men that work in Favourites will be wondering where you are, you would buy us all food from there even if it was just the snack box Uncle, you were robbed of this life too soon and words can’t start to explain how much I love you. Even though you’re now with our father in heaven uncle I will still make you proud, you would call me in uni to check up on me and encourage me to keep fighting. I promise you I will uncle. The prophecy you gave for my life must surely come to pass. Gone too soon but never forgotten RIP uncle A humble legend Denise
