6/18 National Go Fishing Day is a great day to take time from your daily routine to find a stream, a lake or pond, bait your hook, cast your line and catch a fish or two (or ten). Fishing is a recreational pastime of many. Hana enjoyed spending time with family fishing. At our annual Draheim weekend we had a fishing contest. I remember when Hana and Khurram were competing and Hana was so excited to get the bigger fish. Hana was always competitive in a good way. Fishing is my dad’s favorite pastime and my dad is one of Hana’s favorite people so she spent time fishing. Hana enjoyed being outdoors and with family so if fishing was the activity Hana was up for it. When cousins were younger Hana would help and encourage them when fishing. I miss you baby girl and wish you were still here with me. I love you Hana
