One of the best souls God probably put on the planet, an adoring wife, the best mom ever, a beloved grandma, an amazing Chemistry teacher, a caring friend and a truly special person who executed God's plan for her on Earth to the utmost perfection. All of us are going to miss her ever smiling face and her loving and caring presence but her legacy will live on. The family would love to capture memories, photos, stories and thoughts from everyone she has touched. If anything comes to mind, please take a couple of minutes to share.

Amma was not my mother-in-law, but my second mom. She welcomed me into her family with her big heart and overflowing love. She showered me with her unending love day in and day out. I remember my consternation and amazement as a new bride when I saw her prepare aloo masala for poori 3 different ways for her 4 member family and not because they demanded it, but because she knew it was their preference. And if I could come up with a 4th variation I am sure she would have prepared that too. Like Jude used to call it - her “anbu thollai” was a whole new world to me which I got accustomed to and ended up relishing for the last 17 years. Serving others, loving and caring for them was her mission in life. No matter what her ailments were, she would never take it easy, She was such a devoted Christian, there was not an hour of the day where she wouldn’t be praying, the number of her church visits would run into ten thousands. Through her prayers, her family has received numerous blessings. The biggest testimony to her goodness are her 2 sons, who have inherited her kind heart . An amazing cook, green thumbed gardener , a proficient teacher, she was an angel of God and today though she has left a huge void in my life, I am happy that she is rejoicing in heaven
