Bob was probably the most inspirational boss and mentor I've ever had. He was a pioneer in the early days of mobile retailing and allowed freedom of thinking and achieving your goals without boundaries. I'll always remember his openness with advice and his unparalleled support for me. I remember speaking to him a few years ago after maybe 10 years without talking and he was still as encouraging and supportive. He shaped my career and I'll be forever grateful.
