Nick Spencer

October 15, 1958 - April 7, 2020

Our great friend and former colleague, Nick Spencer, has sadly passed away. Nick left BP at the end of March, and his death has come as a great shock to us all. We are truly sorry and cannot possibly comprehend the grief that Nick’s partner Eve, and his sons Richard and Robert, are feeling right now. We would like to share your memories, stories and anecdotes of Nick and his time at BP with his family. Nick was a much-loved colleague, and we appreciate your support to help his family through this extremely difficult time.

Dear Eve, Richard and Robert my heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathy at a time when I cannot begin to imagine how you must all be feeling. I am so very, very sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I had the pleasure of knowing Nick through work for more than 5 years and during that time he was a gem to work alongside. A true gent, who always looked for the best in people and every situation and always set out to do what he thought was right, no matter how difficult that may be. It was a delight and pleasure to have been able to work alongside him and know him. I will miss him very much, but treasure the memories I have. Take care of yourselves and each other at this very challenging time. Helen
