A dedicated Civil Servant for over 35 years, Neil was loved, well thought of and respected by all who knew him. He took great pride in his work, which shone through in his dedication and commitment to his role. Neil was an intelligent man who could transfix you with his vast knowledge on most subjects and had a real passion for both football and music. He was an avid supporter of Sheffield Wednesday and also loved a good quiz, often amazing his friends and colleagues with his effortless ability to recollect obscure facts! Neil will be deeply and sadly missed by all that knew him, and will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
